Role Description The Customer Service Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and coordinating customer service operations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing customer support activities, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues, and monitoring service levels to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support, with a track record of building positive client relationships.
- Experience in Customer Service Management, including managing service teams, setting performance standards, and improving service delivery.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret service data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with customers, team members, and internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM or customer service software and basic proficiency with office productivity tools.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in customer service, business, or a related field.
