Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Customer Service Manager. The role involves managing and improving customer support operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing client concerns promptly. The Customer Service Manager will analyze customer feedback, identify improvement areas, and oversee support teams to deliver exceptional service. The role also requires collaboration with other departments to implement customer-driven strategies and solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for assessing customer feedback and operational efficiency
- Superior Communication skills to effectively manage teams, liaise with clients, and resolve issues
- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to mentor and support team members
- Experience in renewable energy or technology sectors is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
