Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will focus on lead generation, communicating with prospective and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, and converting leads into successful sales. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing detailed product information, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive Sales and meet targets
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to achieving goals
- Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
