Are you the friend who always keeps their cool when things go south? We’re looking for a Customer Care Rockstar to join our squad at Miso by Sonia! Help us save the day (and our customers' sanity) by being the ultimate go-to hero.
What you’ll actually be doing:
The Frontline Hero: Managing customer inquiries via DMs, emails, and comments like an absolute pro. 🎯
Order & Issue Management: Tracking shipments, handling exchanges or returns smoothly, and answering questions about our latest pieces.
Keeping it Cool: Staying calm and collected (even when things get spicy 🌶️) and turning frustrated shoppers into loyal fans.
Staying Woke: Keeping your finger on the pulse of our customers' needs, staying on top of trends, and sharing feedback with the rest of the team. 💡
Who we’re looking for:
Someone with excellent communication skills who knows how to chat with customers in a friendly, on-brand way.
A quick learner who knows their way around social media platforms (especially Instagram DMs).
High empathy, infinite patience, and a "can-do" problem-solving attitude.
Must be based in Surat and able to work from our office.
