Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will oversee and enhance customer service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining efficient support workflows. Responsibilities include managing a customer support team, analyzing feedback and service data, and implementing process improvements to exceed customer expectations. The role requires a proactive approach to building strong customer relationships and improving service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and improve service strategies
- Excellent Communication skills for building customer relationships and guiding the support team
- Proficiency in customer service tools and technology is a plus
- Experience in team leadership and problem-solving roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
