Role Overview
Relationship Manager at ECO365 acts as the face of the company to our major B2B clients. The core objective is to nurture long-term relationships, ensure seamless day-to-day operations, drive client retention, and maximize revenue. We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Relationship Manager to lead and mentor our team of Key Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all communications, queries, and concerns with assigned key accounts. Understand client-specific objectives and provide tailored solutions.
Order Management: Coordinate end-to-end order processing, including generating Proforma Invoices (PI) and liaising with logistics and procurement teams for timely delivery. Monitor project timelines and delivery schedules to ensure a frictionless customer experience.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, train, and mentor a team of Key Account Managers. Set clear Key performance indicators, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching on strategic selling and relationship building.
Strategic Account Oversight: Oversee the strategic account plans developed by the KAMs to ensure they align with the company’s revenue goals and the clients’ long-term objectives.
Client Escalation & Retention: Serve as the executive sponsor for major accounts. Step in to resolve high-level conflicts, negotiate complex contract renewals, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Revenue Generation & Forecasting: Work with the KAM team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and progress reports for internal stakeholders.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends, market potential, and competitor activities to proactively adapt account strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Relationship Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team-management capacity.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Related field.
Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada
Skills:
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Strong analytical skills to interpret account metrics and forecast sales.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
Compensation: 4-6 LPA CTC
