Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager based in Pune City. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving client queries, and improving support processes. The role includes analyzing customer feedback, developing strategies to enhance customer experience, managing the customer support team, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and handling customer satisfaction initiatives
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, improve processes, and develop actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills to facilitate seamless interactions internally and with customers
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer-related challenges
- Experience in team management and nurturing positive relationships with clients
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service metrics is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
