Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager based in Pune City. The Service Manager will oversee the maintenance and repair services for material handling equipment, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage a team of technical service professionals. Responsibilities include coordinating field service operations, implementing service strategies, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and monitoring service team performance. The role will require proactive problem-solving, maintaining strong client relationships, and continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong understanding of service operations, scheduling, and customer service management
- Team leadership, coordination, and performance monitoring skills
- Experience in managing budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City
- Experience in the material handling or related industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical domain preferred
