We're looking for a customer service intern with a passion for beauty and a knack for empathetic support.

What you'll be doing-

• Reply to customer queries across various channels.
• Learn about the product lineup across skincare, makeup, and haircare inside out—and answer customer queries efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to empathize with the customer, and deal with issues patiently and politely on phone, email and social media.
• Respond in clear, warm, and grammatically accurate English.
• Collaborate well within a team, be proactive, and work with minimal oversight.

Our Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in customer service is highly preferred. Experience with a skincare/beauty company is a major plus. Interest in skincare, beauty is mandatory and should have a good knowledge of these as a consumer—please don’t apply if it’s not your space.
• Basic knowledge of Google Slides and Spreadsheets is required.
