Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Customer Service - Freight Forwarding position. The responsibilities include managing customer inquiries related to freight forwarding and export services, coordinating logistics for freight transportation, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with industry and company regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation processes
- Experience with Export logistics and related documentation
- Strong skills in Customer Service, with the ability to confidently address client needs
- Knowledge of Forwarding practices and regulations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus
- Degree or diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
