Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle inbound queries from premium customers with speed and empathy
- Ensure high First Contact Resolution (FCR) and low Average Handling Time (AHT)
- Meet service quality and turnaround time (TAT) benchmarks
- Promote digital channels for smarter service delivery
Secondary Responsibilities
- Drive service excellence initiatives within the contact center
- Contribute to continuous improvement and customer delight
- What We’re Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Commerce, Arts, Science, Business, etc.)
Experience
- 2–5 years in customer service, preferably in a premium or banking environment
- Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to handle high-value interactions
- Tech-savvy with CRM and digital tools
- Energetic, empathetic, and performance-driven
