CTC:
- Freshers: ₹3,64,000 PA
- Experienced: ₹4,32,000 PA
Role Overview:
Handle non‑voice fraud and risk operations through chats and emails. The role involves transaction monitoring, data verification, and identifying suspicious activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze transactions for fraud risks
- Verify customer and transaction data
- Handle customer queries via chat and email
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow risk guidelines
Eligibility & Skills:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
- Typing speed: 32 WPM with 90%+ accuracy
- Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
