Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Blended Support). In this role, you will handle a combination of calls, emails, and live chat interactions to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product or service-related issues. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer queries across phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers’ concerns, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
- Meet performance metrics like response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Understanding of CRM Tools
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of work experience only. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Freshers with an interest in a blended customer service role (calls, emails, and chats).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and switch between communication channels efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
