Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process. The role involves interacting with international clients, resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, providing efficient support, and ensuring adherence to company service standards. The role requires consistent communication, diligent follow-up, and the ability to handle complex customer scenarios professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Experience in customer support and customer service processes
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in an on-site role in Pune
- Flexibility to work in international time zones
- Prior experience in voice-based customer service roles is a plus
