Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Voice Process Associate, located in Pune City. The Associate will handle client interactions via voice communication, resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive knowledge of company products and services, managing customer accounts, and documenting interactions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with international clients
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills to address queries and ensure client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in handling customer accounts and maintaining documentation
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Prior experience in international voice process or contact center roles is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Availability to work flexible shifts as per business requirements
