Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive (International Voice) located in Pune City. The Executive will handle international voice-based customer support responsibilities, ensuring customer queries are resolved efficiently and professionally. Key duties include providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires clear communication, effective problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.

- Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle diverse inquiries and issues
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management to ensure a superior experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shift schedules, including nights
- Previous experience in an international voice process is a plus.
