Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in handling customer queries, concerns, and service requests
Provide support through communication channels such as email, chat, or calls
Maintain professional customer relationships and service quality
Support issue resolution and escalation processes when required

Collaborate with teams to improve service workflows and customer satisfaction
