Key Responsibilities
- Reply to All Customers on Chat and Actively Solve their Problems
- Reply to all Customer Calls on Phone and Actively Solve their Problems
- Follow up and Escalate All Delayed Orders and make sure they are delivered on time
- Take Sales Orders from Repeat Buyers/Regular Customers and Log Properly in the System
- Coordinate with the packing team and make them understand Customer Requirements for Orders
- Co-ordinate with the Accounts team and get B2B invoices made for B2B Customers
- Collect Payments and Log all Payment Records
- Follow Up with Customers for Feedbacks
