Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, complaints, feedback, and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Coordinate with the call center to resolve order changes and grievances within defined SLAs; escalate deviations promptly
- Manage refunds, replacements, and related customer requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements in customer support processes, policies, and standards
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
