Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels.
- Supervise and support junior team members.
- Assist in training new hires and improving team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, etc.) for issue resolution.
