Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients professionally.
- Respond to and resolve customer queries related to yoga sessions and services.
- Share yoga session links with new as well as existing clients and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Follow up with interested and convertible leads to encourage them to enroll in yoga sessions.
- Provide complete information to clients regarding yoga session details, schedules, and benefits.
- Explain pricing, offers, and packages clearly to clients.
- Maintain regular client engagement through timely follow-ups and communication.
- Update and manage client data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper client support and session management.
- Maintain a positive client experience and build long-term relationships.
