Job Description:
- Ability to coordinate and work closely with the sales team.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal sales teams.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Support day-to-day customer service operations.
Our Preference:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required (Fresher can apply).
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Maintain regular follow-ups with the sales team for updates.
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the system.
- Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage
