We’re hiring: Customer Service Executive – Freshdesk CRM

VOSD is hiring Customer Service Executives to support customer communication across Freshdesk CRM, with immediate work focused on VOSD Rescue & Rehab, and growing exposure to VOSD Store and VOSD CloudVet.
This is not a standard support role.
In the first phase, the role involves responding to customer queries primarily via email, using structured knowledge sources across VOSD FAQs, VOSD AI systems, ChatGPT-assisted workflows, and internal response frameworks. Over time, as automation and knowledge systems mature, the role will evolve into supervision, quality control, exception handling, and AI-supported customer operations.
What you will do:
- Respond to incoming customer messages through Freshdesk and email
- Use VOSD knowledge systems to create accurate, empathetic, and structured responses
- Make outbound calls only when required for logistics coordination related to dogs being surrendered to VOSD Sanctuary
- Escalate sensitive or complex cases appropriately
- Help identify repetitive queries, response gaps, and workflow improvements
- Grow into an AI-supervisory role as support automation scales
