Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries received via email.
- Ensure responses are sent within 24 hours.
- Maintain service quality and accuracy in communication.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Support initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of FAS Tag products and processes.
- Proficient in typing and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile.
Educational Qualifications
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
- Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA) customer service or related roles
Experience: 0 - 2 years.
