Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive. The individual in this role will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering support to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions through various channels. The candidate will play an integral role in delivering high-quality service and creating positive experiences for customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to assist and engage with customers effectively.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills for clear communication and building strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work on-site / hybrid with time management skills and self-discipline.
- Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage.
Location - Mira road, Mumbai
Salary - 3 - 4 LPA (depending on work and skills)
