Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive – Customer Service to manage end-to-end customer order processing and coordination in a B2B manufacturing environment. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and customers to ensure timely order fulfilment and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders and generate proforma invoices using SAP
- Coordinate with internal planning and logistics teams for dispatch schedules
- Communicate order status, timelines, and dispatch details to customers
- Support pre-sales coordination activities with the sales team
- Handle sample dispatch coordination and confirmations
- Follow up with customers on documentation and commercial requirements
- Address customer complaints and support timely resolution
- Prepare and maintain periodic MIS and performance reports
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key customer accounts
- Ensure consistent and professional customer service delivery
Experience & Background
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in customer service within a manufacturing organization
- Experience supporting B2B customers
- Hands-on working knowledge of SAP for order processing
- Candidates from pure service industries (e.g., BPO, IT services) may not be suitable for this role
