Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Customer Service Executive will handle daily customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and manage customer service requirements to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include addressing client queries, providing prompt solutions, managing service requests, and fostering a positive experience for both customers and service providers.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients and team members
- Proven abilities in Customer Support and Customer Service to resolve inquiries efficiently and maintain a high level of service
- Experience in providing Customer Satisfaction and managing Customer Service Management processes
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English and any additional local languages is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
