Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Service Executive role based on-site in Malad. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer calls, providing support, addressing concerns, and enhancing customer service experiences. You will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor while upholding the company’s quality and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in Customer Support and a focus on delivering high customer satisfaction.
- Experience in Customer Service and knowledge of Customer Service Management practices.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Malad.
- Previous experience in customer service roles or relevant fields will be an advantage.
