Role Description
The Customer Service Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The primary responsibility is to manage and resolve customer inquiries, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and deliver a seamless customer experience. Additional tasks include coordinating service requests, managing customer service operations, and maintaining strong communication to address client concerns with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Proficiency in customer service, customer support, and customer satisfaction practices
- Experience with customer service management to handle operations effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of other regional Indian languages is a plus
- Experience in the luxury goods or service industry is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Salary = 20-25k
