Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, based in Goregaon. The Customer Service Executive will handle inbound and outbound customer queries, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive support. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate customer records, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The role requires effective communication with clients and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
