Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive CRM Executive to manage online lead inquiries, convert leads into sales, and coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth customer handling. The candidate should have strong communication skills for calls and messaging, experience in maintaining CRM data, and knowledge of Zoho CRM. Experience in the jewelry industry will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
- Handle online lead inquiries from different platforms.
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and messages.
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into confirmed sales.
- Update lead status and maintain records in Zoho CRM.
Store-Level Coordination
- Coordinate with store teams regarding customer visits and appointments.
- Share qualified leads with relevant stores and ensure proper follow-up.
- Track walk-in conversions generated from CRM leads.
- Maintain communication between customers and store staff for smooth sales closure.
Customer Communication
- Provide product information and assist customers with their queries.
- Respond promptly to messages, WhatsApp inquiries, and calls.
- Build strong customer relationships to increase conversion rates.
Data Management
- Maintain and update lead and customer data in Excel sheets.
- Ensure accurate entry of follow-up details, call logs, and lead status.
- Track conversion reports and sales generated from leads.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and calling skills
- Ability to handle customer queries and convert leads into sales
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good follow-up and coordination skills with store teams
- Ability to respond quickly to calls and messages
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM, lead management, or customer support
- Jewelry industry experience will be preferred
