Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills in English and Hindi and have a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls or in-person interactions
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
