Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in Malappuram. The Customer Service Executive will handle daily customer inquiries, support logistics arrangements, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage service expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and teams, resolving customer issues, and ensuring smooth communication to maintain service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience and proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge in Customer Service Management to oversee and improve service quality
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and adapt to dynamic situations
- Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or a related industry is an advantage
