Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in Mehekar. The Customer Service Executive will handle day-to-day customer-related tasks, including resolving queries, maintaining client satisfaction, and managing customer relationships. The role requires providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns swiftly, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The executive will also support team objectives and adhere to service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively address and resolve customer issues
- Proficiency in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns
- Previous experience in customer service roles or a related field is an advantage
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, communication, or related field is preferred
