Customer Experience Specialist

Position OverviewSHFT-IN is redefining the co-living ecosystem. We are seeking a high-ownership Customer Experience Specialist to manage resident relations, optimize operational touchpoints, and uphold our community standards. In this role, you will directly influence resident retention and satisfaction by delivering sharp, efficient solutions.
Core Responsibilities- Incident Management: Serve as the primary escalation point for resident queries, grievances, and service requests, ensuring rapid resolution times.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaison with ground operations, tech, and maintenance teams to track, expedite, and close facility issues.
- Onboarding & Lifecycle Management: Oversee the resident journey from move-in documentation to offboarding, ensuring compliance with community policies.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain precise logs of support metrics, ticket volumes, and feedback trends to assist leadership in operational upgrades.
Qualifications & Skills- Proven track record in customer success, hospitality, or front-of-house operations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to communicate complex policies clearly and neutrally.
- Strong crisis-management abilities and emotional intelligence under pressure.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced roster schedule (6-day work week with flexible weekly offs).
