Role Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will manage daily interactions with customers, ensuring a positive experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information. Responsibilities include responding to customer concerns, managing accounts, maintaining service documentation, and collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Support and addressing client needs effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Prior experience in similar roles is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
