Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, based in Gurgaon. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently. Key tasks will include addressing customer needs, resolving issues, processing requests, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Customer-centric mindset with strong empathy and active listening abilities
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Proficient in both spoken and written English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred
