Role Description
NoBrokerHood is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Service Executive. This full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru, involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include delivering excellent support to stakeholders, handling complaints, and maintaining communication with residents, admins, and other community members to enhance their experience with our platform.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and effective communication
- Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on managing inquiries and resolving concerns
- Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and ensure positive user experiences
- Experience in Customer Service Management is an advantage
- Familiarity with community or property management systems is a plus
- Proficiency in English and local languages spoken in Bengaluru is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
