About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Customer Service Executive to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in reaching out to potential customers through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating leads or sales over the phone. This position requires a persuasive communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of handling customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a telemarketer, sales representative, or in a similar customer engagement role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good listening skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Experience ranging from 6 months to 3 years
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote our products and services effectively
- Present, promote, and explain products or services clearly to prospective clients
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of customer information and call records
- Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints with professionalism and tact
- Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for customer engagement and lead generation
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help improve service offerings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all customer interactions
