Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage client interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience in the real estate process. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Address client queries related to properties, pricing, and services
- Maintain strong follow-up with leads and existing customers
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships with clients
Requirements:- 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service/telecalling (real estate preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills:- Experience in real estate or customer support role
- Good listening and convincing ability
