Job Description:
Modern Diagnostic & Research Center is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Excecutive to handle patient queries, appointment booking, test information, and service-related support with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries
- Provide accurate information about tests, appointments, reports, and services
- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal departments for patient support
- Handle Chats over social media
- Ensure excellent customer service and prompt issue resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 0-2 year experience in customer service / call center preferred
- Past Diagnostic Customer care experience is preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred)
- Ability to handle patient queries with patience and clarity
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
