Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, located in Visakhapatnam. The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, managing service requests, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and resolving service-related issues in a timely manner. They will also contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and implementing effective customer service strategies to enhance experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction management skills
- Experience in Customer Service Management including handling escalations and service improvements
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is desirable
