Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Mumbai. As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for handling customer nominated shipment's. This will require day to day communication with the customer and the agents The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer queries, providing support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key tasks include addressing resolving customer concerns, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Timely communication and maintaining professional relationships with clients will be critical components of this role.
Skills Required:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using basic software tools.
- Prior experience in logistics or related industries is preferred
