Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Noida for a Customer Service Executive. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality service standards. The role also entails coordinating with other departments to deliver seamless solutions for our clients and fostering positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Proven abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism
- Prior experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality
- 0-1 Year Work Ex
- CTC 1.8 TO 2.5 L
