We’re hiring a Remote Telecaller and Customer Service Executive for a full time work from home role.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, positive, extroverted, and enjoys speaking with people. The candidate should be comfortable making calls, handling customer conversations, following up with leads, and supporting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
The candidate must be fluent in both English and Hindi and should have a clear speaking style. Since this is a remote role, a stable internet connection, quiet work setup, and working laptop or desktop are mandatory.
Salary
The budget for this role is ₹15,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers and leads on a daily basis, managing follow ups, answering basic queries, and ensuring that all conversations are handled in a polite and professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to leads and customers
- Handle customer queries over calls and WhatsApp
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Maintain clear notes and customer details
- Coordinate with the internal team when required
- Meet daily calling and customer communication targets
Requirements
We are looking for someone who can communicate clearly, stay energetic during calls, and work responsibly in a remote setup. The candidate should be comfortable being on video during the full shift and should have a stable internet connection.
