Hiring – Customer Service Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer and farmer complaints effectively. The candidate will be responsible for managing support tickets, coordinating with technicians, maintaining complaint records, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer and farmer complaints through calls, chats, and emails
Track and manage support tickets until closure
Maintain complaint records in CRM systems
Coordinate with technicians and internal teams for issue resolution
Follow up on pending complaints
Update daily complaint and service reports
Escalate unresolved issues to concerned teams
Ensure customer satisfaction through proper support and communication
Languages Preferred
Hindi – Mandatory
English – Mandatory
Telugu – Preferred
Marathi – Added Advantage
Required Skills
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and ticket management systems
Ability to coordinate with teams effectively
Good customer handling and follow-up skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in customer support, telecalling, or complaint handling is preferred
