We’re Hiring: Customer Experience Advisor – APAC Process

Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Experience Advisor to join our APAC team. This role is ideal for professionals who bring a strong mix of customer experience and sales expertise.
You will be the first point of contact for international customers, handling both inbound and outbound interactions while driving customer satisfaction and subscription sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of communication for APAC customers
- Serve as a product expert, guiding users on solutions
- Handle inbound calls and customer emails via Zendesk
- Make outbound calls to pitch and sell subscriptions
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Resolve customer queries within defined TAT
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams
- Meet or exceed Customer Experience KPIs
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Minimum 1 year experience with international customers
- Experience in outbound sales and conversions
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Familiarity with CRM / ticketing tools
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Self-motivated and team-oriented mindset
