Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in zirakpur for a Customer Service Executive. The role entails addressing customer inquiries, resolving customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, responsibilities include assisting with managing customer-related operations and contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable environment at HopUp.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Interpersonal Skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer queries.
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and managing relationships to enhance the overall experience of visitors.
- Knowledge or experience in Customer Service Management is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Basic knowledge of entertainment or hospitality industries is beneficial.
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
