About the Role
The Customer Service Executive - Insights will be responsible for engaging with customers through calls and digital platforms to gather product feedback, understand customer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers via calls, emails, and chat platforms to understand their product experience
• Collect, record, and maintain structured customer feedback data
• Ask relevant questions to identify customer preferences, concerns, and usage patterns
• Analyze feedback to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare and share insight reports with internal teams (Marketing, Product, QA)
• Ensure professional, empathetic, and positive customer interactions at all times
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow defined processes for feedback management
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to capture accurate information
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets; CRM tools is an added advantage
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns from data
• Fresher or up to 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Tele-calling, or similar roles
