Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Executive role is based in Gurugram. The Customer Service Executive will handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other channels, providing accurate information, resolving queries, and ensuring timely issue resolution. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, documenting interactions in relevant systems, and following established processes and quality standards. The role involves collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets, escalate complex issues, and contribute to continuous improvement in customer service delivery. The Customer Service Executive is expected to adhere to company policies, schedules, and service level agreements while representing Globiva’s commitment to excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
- Ability to contribute to and understand Customer Service Management processes and performance metrics.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Good command of English and local languages, with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfort using computer systems, CRM tools, and basic office software for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Prior experience in contact center or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in any discipline is an advantage.
